Many people think of burnout as an individual problem, easily fixable by learning to say no or better breathing, or yoga. However, it is much bigger than the individual. Burnout is typically caused by chronic poor workplace practices and policies. It takes digging into your workplace culture and fixing the root cause to prevent employee burnout.
