If you don’t consciously plan your company culture, you will have a company culture…but it may not be the one you want. You strategically plan all other aspects of your business–planning your culture is equally, or even more, important. To help establish a culture of accountability for your plans, implement peer groups. And when a situation arises that you could not possibly have planned for, you can always count on a culture that is agile.
